Item for sale is (1) Zagar Tool Collet Chuck w/ 1-1/4" Warner & Swasey Collet. This apparently is a lever action collet closer, but I can't get it to open or close. In the pics, the handle is removed, but when attached, the handle swings through a 180 degree arc, and I believe that is what should open or close it. However, when I try it, I get no movement. So, this is sold AS-IS, with NO REFUNDS. |
