If you are ever in need of broaching keyways and or splines here is the machine you need. Though it is an older one it works like a million bucks. push the forward button and away she goes when it hits the stop, well that is what it does it stops. Then you take your part out and push the back button and back she goes. I got several pictures however it was dark and can't get great pictures. This machine is in need of the oil pump for the cutting oil. This machine is an older one however it works great. For all you who have been asking about the broaches here they are 4. 1/2 and another 1/2 that seems short. 5. 5/8 has teeth missing in middle 6. 3/4 seems a bit oversize may be 20 mm 8. There are a couple of spline broaches that are busted and a bunch of broach plugs. |
