Well maintained, absolutely no abuse. Was working perfectly when taken out of production. Has been carefully stored. 1. Curing capacity 36” wide x 56” long x 4 ½” thick. Actual opening is approximately 39” wide x 59” long. 2. Built in high frequency 5 KW generator cures 500 square inches of glue line per minutes. 3. 3. Top platen or lid pressure applied through two, 3” bore, hydraulic cylinders to insure flatness of stock. 4. Machine will not have side pressure (cylinders along top edge 56”) but frame of machine will be constructed large enough for the addition of side pressure cylinders in the future. 5. End pressure (36”) will be applied by seven (7) 2” bore x 4” stroke hydraulic cylinders on 5 5/8” centers. This is sufficient to edge glue solid stock at a maximum of 175 PSI for full thickness capacity of machine. 6. Extra heavy duty frame construction for hydraulic operation. 7. Two hand, no tie down closing press system activates automatic cycle. 9. Solid-state rectifiers and printed circuit board controls. 10. Full range, single control tuning, eliminates the need for internal adjustments. 11. Control panel complete with cycle timer, indicator lights, necessary meters, push buttons, and machine malfunction lights with audible alarm. 12. Platens coated with an easily replaceable non-stick covering for use with PVA glues. 13. Hinged top platen and all access doors are interlocked to prevent the use of RF in the event any are open. 14. Wired for 208 volt, three phase, 60 cycle operation. Maximum current draw 90 amps. 15. Gauge and remote control of edge pressure provides easy and accurate control of glue line pressure according to stock thickness. 16. Control breaker and high voltage breaker provided (disconnect not included, but recommend it be replaced close to press for easy operator access). 17. Control panel will be mounted on left end of machine with stationary jaws on left end and front side unless otherwise specified. 18. Machine to be painted standard L & L Machinery glue.
