The attachment on the back of the shank with through holes suggest that this tool is ready for coolant through. Total Length 9-inches plus coolant valve. Shank Length 7-3/16-inches, Shank Diameter 2.38-inches. These tool holders are lightly used, from a demo room and had never seen production. Please refer to the picture for cosmetic condition. Oil and lubricants on tool holder is shown in picture. Wrenches/Bolts not included. We are limited with knowledge on these tools but we will be happy to attempt at answering your questions.
